General Account Information
I didn’t receive my emails with my username and password. What should I do?
When you activate your Binverse subscription you should receive three emails:
1. Email containing your username and password for accessing your account on
www.binverse.com.
2. Email containing your username and password for accessing the Binverse software.
3. Email receipt from your purchase.
If, within 30 minutes you do not receive any of these e-mails from us, please try the following trouble shooting steps:
- Check your spam filter and add “binverse.com” to the list of trusted domains.
- If you received the first email with your username and password for http://www.binverse.com but not your second two emails, it is possible that your payment has not been processed yet. Log on to binverse.com and click on “Account Details” to view the status of your payment.
- The sign up process was not completed successfully
- You mis-typed or entered the wrong email address.
- Your inbox is full (delete emails in your inbox before contacting support).
- The email was lost.
If you feel any of the following are true please contact our
support department and they will be able to resend information or assist you in signing up.

Billing Support
What payment methods do you accept?
I have paid with PayPal but I cannot log into my account!
Your payment through PayPal probably hasn’t cleared or has not been completed yet.
Please log into your account at
www.paypal.com and check to see if your payment has been completed or if your account needs to be recharged.
If that doesn’t solve the problem you should check your credit card number in PayPal and make sure the number is correct and the card hasn’t expired yet.
After your payment has been cleared, your account will be activated right away.

Quantum Leap Downloads
Can I add more Gigabytes to my Quantum Leap Downloads?
If you have used all your available Quantum Leap downloads before the end of the month visit “My Plan” once you are logged on to the Binverse website. You will be able to reset your plan and your download limit. When you reset your plan you will be charged your next month’s fee, your download limit will be resent, and your bill date will change to the day of the month you initiated the resetting of your account.
If you have an annual or biannual account, your contract will reduce by one month when you reset your account. Please read the details on the “My Plan” section of the Binverse website for more information.
Ask your own questions.
If I reset my account (add more Quantum Leap downloads), will my unused Gigabytes carry over to the next month?
Unused Gigabytes will not carry over to the next month. It is best if you wait until you have used all of your Gigabytes before resetting your account.
Ask your own questions.
Do my unused Quantum Leap downloads carry over to the next month?
The Binverse service offers a set volume of high speed downloads every month and your unused Gigabytes don’t carry over to the next month.
Ask your own questions.
Where can I see how many remaining Quantum Leap downloads I have?
You can check your current download volume in one of two places:
1. In the Binverse software: Your remaining Quantum Leap download volume is shown in the upper right hand corner of the window and by clicking on the "Account" icon in the top navigation.
2. Click on “My Plan” once you are logged on to the Binverse website.
Ask your own questions.
Why do Quantum Leap Downloads have a Gigabyte limit and how does this work?
You have two choices when accessing the Binverse service. You can download unlimited Gigabytes in our standard mode or a specific number of Gigabytes per month in Quantum Leap mode.
The package you signed up for on the Binverse website detailed how many Gigabytes per month of Quantum Leap downloads your account comes with. If you wish to see how much data your plan includes log on to our website and click on "My Plan".
Ask your own questions.
"Your download limit has been reached" What do I do?
This error is displayed if you have used all of your Quantum Leap high-speed downloads for the current month. You can try one of two things…
1. Download in Unlimited standard mode until the end of the current month when your Quantum Leap download limit will reset.
2. Reset your download limit manually by visiting the “My Plan” section of the Binverse website once you are logged on.
If you purchased a multi month plan from Binverse you can reset your download limit for this month right in the Binverse software. Please note, that by resetting your download limit you will reduce your service period by one month and you will lose any remaining downloads for this month. Binverse recommends that you wait until you have used almost all of your Quantum Leap downloads before resetting your account.
Ask your own questions.
Are header downloads, chat or image previews counted against my Quantum Leap Downloads?
Only Usenet downloads are counted towards your Quantum Leap Downloads. Headers, chat and image previews will not count toward your download limit.
